Anders has broad experience from senior positions in communications, advisory, and business development. He has served as an adviser to the Labour Party’s parliamentary group and as Communications Director for Equinor’s international operations. He also headed the CEO’s Office at Statoil and was a close adviser to former CEO Helge Lund.
Over the past decade, Anders has held commercial leadership roles, including as Investment Director at Equinor Ventures and most recently as Managing Partner of an early-stage investment firm. He holds a Master’s degree in International Politics from the London School of Economics.
At First House, Anders is part of the business and finance practice. He supports owners, boards, and senior management on strategic advisor, financial communications, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.
