Jona assists clients with political analysis, political processes, and event execution. She works particularly in the fields of real estate, infrastructure, and community development. She has experience in strategy and policy development, organization building and conducting courses and conferences.

Jona has previous experience in politics, where she was, among other things, secretary general of the Christian Democratic Party Youth and group leader for the Christian Democratic Party (KrF) for the Lillesand City Council.

Jona holds a Master of Science in Economics from the School of Economics at the University of Agder.
