Maria Sunde Midttun has a background in Investment Banking at DNB Carnegie, with experience in equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financing – with a particular focus on the healthcare and seafood sectors. She has also worked for the CEO Office with DNB’s Capital Markets Day, and with business development at DNB Carnegie. Maria holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), specializing in finance.

Maria is an adviser in IR and financial communications, and assists with strategic advice and practical implementation in connection with acquisitions, mergers, IPOs as well as ongoing IR work, financial reporting and other corporate communications.
