Nuria has many years of experience from the Ministry of Health and Care Services and the Norwegian Directorate of Health, where she worked on policy development and communication in close cooperation with ministers from both the right and the left of the political spectrum.
She has in-depth knowledge of the dynamics between politics and public administration, and knows how to position complex issues at the intersection of the two. The logic of politics differs from that of administration – and Nuria understands both from the inside. She has led work on regulatory and professional assessments and played a central role in budget and decision-making processes.
In First House, she advises clients across sectors on analysis and business strategies, positioning, reports, message development and media relations, as well as preparedness and crisis management.
Nuria holds a degree in political science (cand. polit) from the University of Oslo and Universidad Complutense in Madrid.
