Victor has previous experience from the foreign service, where he worked as an intern at the Norwegian embassy in Tehran and Abu Dhabi. He also has experience within fisheries and aquaculture, where he previously worked for Lerøy Seafood Group in various parts of the company, most recently in the analysis department. Before Victor joined First House, he had an internship at the consulting company Cardo Partners.

Victor has a bachelor's degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
