OG21 aims to ensure an efficient and eco-friendly value creation from Norwegian oil and gas resources through coordinated involvement in the petroleum cluster by way of education, research, development, demonstration, and commercialization of new technologies.
The program manager for OG21 was in the process of a comprehensive strategy update, which was concluded in 2016. The work involved extensive internal communication in OG21 and with different stakeholders in and around the Norwegian oil and gas industry. First House was retained to provide communication advice in this regard.
“The mission was not large in terms of time and cost, but still of great importance to OG21. In First House, we gained access to communication expertise with in-depth knowledge and broad experience of working in the Norwegian oil industry”, said Gunnar Lille, program director of OG21.
The assignment was solved by counseling and consultations in meetings and by telephone in connection with specified milestones in OG21’s work.
